Throughout these Terms, “AROCA PARTS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AROCA PARTS LLC. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to any individual or entity accessing our website or purchasing products from us.

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

  • Your purchase is for lawful purposes.

  • You will comply with all applicable laws relating to the purchase, installation, and use of automotive products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud, unauthorized activity, resale abuse, pricing errors, or other suspicious activity is reasonably suspected.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information regarding our products, including:

  • Product names

  • Part numbers

  • Manufacturer information

  • Specifications

  • Images

  • Vehicle compatibility

  • Dimensions

  • Pricing

  • Availability

  • Product descriptions

However, manufacturers may modify specifications, packaging, materials, designs, or part numbers without prior notice.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

Minor differences in packaging, finish, labeling, color, or design do not necessarily indicate that the product is incorrect or defective.

4. Vehicle Fitment and Compatibility

Vehicle compatibility is the responsibility of the customer.

Automotive parts may vary based on factors including:

  • Year

  • Make

  • Model

  • Trim

  • Engine

  • Transmission

  • Drivetrain

  • Production date

  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

  • Original equipment configuration

  • Manufacturer part number

Customers should carefully confirm compatibility before placing an order.

When available, customers are encouraged to provide their VIN, vehicle specifications, and/or original part number before purchasing.

Information provided through vehicle-fitment tools, catalogs, databases, manufacturer information, or our customer service team is intended to assist customers but does not constitute an absolute guarantee of compatibility.

The customer is ultimately responsible for verifying that the selected product is appropriate for the intended vehicle.

5. VIN Verification

AROCA PARTS LLC may request a Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN”) to assist with identifying appropriate parts.

Providing a VIN does not guarantee compatibility unless we expressly confirm compatibility in writing.

Customers should verify part numbers and fitment before installation.

AROCA PARTS LLC is not responsible for additional costs resulting from incorrect vehicle information supplied by a customer.

6. Engines and Major Automotive Components

Engines, transmissions, differentials, assemblies, and other major automotive components may require additional compatibility verification.

Before purchasing these products, customers should confirm:

  • Engine code

  • VIN

  • Vehicle production date

  • Transmission type

  • ECU compatibility

  • Emissions configuration

  • Electrical connections

  • Required accessories

  • Installation requirements

Certain engines or assemblies may be sold as:

Long Block, Short Block, Complete Engine, Crate Engine, Bare Engine, Remanufactured, Rebuilt, or Used.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the exact product description to determine what components are included.

Accessories shown in photographs may not be included unless specifically stated in the product description.

7. Professional Installation

Many automotive products require specialized tools, technical knowledge, programming, calibration, or professional installation.

AROCA PARTS LLC strongly recommends that automotive parts be installed by a qualified automotive technician when appropriate.

Unless otherwise required by law, AROCA PARTS LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation

  • Incorrect diagnosis

  • Improper vehicle modification

  • Improper programming

  • Incorrect wiring

  • Incorrect torque specifications

  • Failure to follow manufacturer instructions

  • Racing or competition use

  • Abuse or misuse

  • Installation on an incompatible vehicle

Installation of a part does not automatically prove that the part was defective if the vehicle continues to experience a mechanical problem.

8. Inspection Before Installation

Customers and installers should inspect all products before installation.

Products should be checked for:

  • Shipping damage

  • Correct part number

  • Correct specifications

  • Compatibility

  • Missing components

  • Visible defects

If you believe you received an incorrect or damaged product, do not install it.

Contact AROCA PARTS LLC before installation.

Installation of a visibly incorrect or damaged product may affect eligibility for return or replacement, subject to applicable law.

9. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

A price displayed on the website does not guarantee availability.

We reserve the right to correct:

  • Typographical errors

  • Pricing errors

  • Incorrect discounts

  • Incorrect product information

  • Inventory errors

If an obvious pricing error affects an order, we may contact the customer and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order and receive a refund.

10. Taxes

Applicable sales taxes or other governmental charges may be calculated during checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Billing information

  • Applicable tax regulations

Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, or other governmental charges not collected by AROCA PARTS LLC at checkout.

11. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically mean the order has been accepted.

We may review an order before acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept an order.

  • Decline an order.

  • Request additional information.

  • Request identity or payment verification.

  • Limit quantities.

  • Cancel an order.

  • Correct order information.

An order may be canceled if a product becomes unavailable before shipment.

If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.

12. Payment

We may accept payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payment services may be provided by third-party payment processors.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • The information is accurate.

  • You are authorized to use the payment method.

  • The transaction is legitimate.

AROCA PARTS LLC may use fraud-prevention tools and may request additional documentation to verify certain transactions.

13. Fraud Prevention

AROCA PARTS LLC reserves the right to investigate transactions that appear suspicious or potentially fraudulent.

We may request information such as:

  • Identification

  • Billing verification

  • Proof of authorization

  • Business documentation

  • Payment confirmation

  • Shipping confirmation

Orders may be delayed or canceled while verification is completed.

Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment methods, identity fraud, intentional false claims, or abuse of the payment system may be reported to relevant financial institutions or authorities where appropriate and permitted by law.

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact AROCA PARTS LLC before initiating a payment dispute whenever reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or intentionally misleading chargebacks are prohibited.

AROCA PARTS LLC may provide transaction records, delivery documentation, customer communications, order information, tracking information, and other relevant evidence to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute.

Nothing in this section limits any legal rights a customer may have to dispute a genuinely unauthorized or improper transaction.

15. Shipping

Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and applicable fees will generally be displayed during checkout or communicated during order processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Customs

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Supplier delays

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect customer information

AROCA PARTS LLC is not responsible for delays caused solely by third-party carriers or events outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

16. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please verify your address carefully before placing an order.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by law.

Once an order has been transferred to a carrier, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

17. Large and Freight Shipments

Certain products, including engines, transmissions, wheels, large assemblies, or oversized automotive parts, may require freight shipping.

Freight shipments may require:

  • A commercial delivery location

  • Loading-dock access

  • A forklift

  • Liftgate service

  • Appointment scheduling

  • Customer signature

Additional freight charges may apply.

Customers should inspect freight shipments for visible damage before accepting delivery whenever possible.

18. Damaged Shipments

Customers should inspect packages promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives visibly damaged, customers should:

  1. Photograph the exterior packaging.

  2. Photograph the damaged product.

  3. Retain all packaging materials.

  4. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may require photographs, carrier documentation, or other evidence to process a shipping claim.

19. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title to products transfer as provided under applicable law and the applicable shipping terms.

Certain high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

20. Returns

Returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in that policy, products submitted for return should generally be:

  • Unused

  • Uninstalled

  • Undamaged

  • Unmodified

  • Complete

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Authorization may be required before returning a product.

21. Installed or Used Products

Because installation can change the condition of an automotive component, products showing signs of installation, use, modification, electrical connection, fluid contamination, or physical damage may not qualify for ordinary returns unless the product is defective or applicable law provides otherwise.

Examples may include:

  • Installed engine components

  • Used brake components

  • Installed electronic modules

  • Connected electrical products

  • Contaminated cooling components

  • Mounted wheels

  • Modified components

This provision does not eliminate any non-waivable warranty or consumer rights provided by applicable law.

22. Electrical and Electronic Components

Certain electrical or electronic components may have special return requirements because installation or electrical connection can alter or damage the product.

Examples include:

  • Sensors

  • Control modules

  • ECUs

  • Lighting modules

  • Relays

  • Ignition components

  • Electronic accessories

Customers should verify vehicle compatibility before opening, connecting, programming, or installing these products.

23. Special-Order Products

Products specially ordered, custom manufactured, personalized, programmed, painted, modified, or sourced specifically for a customer may be final sale unless:

  • The item is defective.

  • The incorrect item was supplied.

  • Applicable law requires otherwise.

Any special-order restrictions will be communicated where reasonably possible before purchase.
